I currently ship within the domestic U.S. only. Orders over $30 ship free. I do my best to ship within 48 hours of your order. If there’s any delay (for example, if I’m out of town), I’ll contact you right away and offer a refund if needed.

I accept returns within 10 days of delivery. Please email el@carriagehousejewelry.com with your order info. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless we’ve discussed otherwise). Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Carriage House Jewelry is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Every purchase comes with complimentary repair coverage for normal wear and tear during the first year. Reach out to el@carriagehousejewelry.com with any repair questions. Repairs or alterations made by other jewelers may void this guarantee. Damage from accidents or misuse is not covered.
To keep your piece looking its best, rinse in warm water with a drop of dish soap, then gently dry with a soft cloth. For deeper cleaning, use a soft-bristle toothbrush and soapy water. A polishing cloth is included with every order to help maintain shine.
To prolong the life of your jewelry, remove before showering, swimming, cleaning, exercising, or applying lotions. Take special care with soft or porous stones like opals, emeralds, and turquoise.
