Shipping

I am currently only shipping to the domestic US. Free Shipping on orders over $30. I do my best to ship out orders within 48 hours. If for any reason it looks like it will be more than 48 hours (for instance if I'm out of town) I will reach out to you and make sure that's ok and offer a refund if you need it sooner than I'm able to ship. *If you live outside the US please email me to discuss shipping and taxes.


Returns

I accept returns within 10 days of delivery. Please contact EL@carriagehousejewelry.com with questions regarding returns.

Carriage House Jewelry is not responsible for items damaged in the mail or lost in transit.

I do not refund shipping charges on return items. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless otherwise discussed.

 

Repairs

Complimentary normal wear and tear repairs for the first year. Please email EL@carriagehousejewelry.com for repair questions.

Carriage House Jewelry is not responsible for repairs and alterations made by other jewelers or damage outside of normal wear and tear.

 

Jewelry Care

Please take care when cleaning your jewelry! Rinse in warm water with a drop of dish soap to help remove any buildup and gently dry off with a cloth. If further cleaning is needed, a soft bristle tooth brush can be used to gently scrub hard to reach places with warm soapy water.

A polishing cloth is included with every purchase to help bring your piece back to a nice shine.

You should remove your jewelry when exercising, cleaning, doing the dishes, washing your hands, applying lotions, or doing any hard labor. Take extra care with soft stones such as opals, emeralds, and turquoise.
